Our teachers have years of experience in the Early Childhood Education field and College Degrees, Associate Degrees, or Child Development Associate Degrees. They are experienced professionals who will be continuously trained to ensure academic proficiency and maintain up-to-date knowledge in the areas of Child Development, health and safety.
One of the qualifying hiring criteria is given by our children. We go through 3 levels of interviews: at the owner level, director and peer level and at the child level. To complete the interview process, the candidate has to spend one hour in the classroom with the children. The reaction of the children will tell us if the candidate should be offered the job.
We believe in continuous development and training is provided beyond the required number of hours by the Department of Children and Families.
